Today, August 02, my team and I received 2 tourists
from Austria, Mr. Vian and his friend Mrs. Lerry, today’s trip is an afternoon trip, we departed from the gathering point in the Tangkoko nature reserve at 16.30 WITA. today we will make observations around the nature reserve. we walked for almost 30 minutes, and we met 2 Kus – Kus in pairs of men and women at an altitude of about 15 meters resting on a goat wood tree, we made observations for 10 – 15 minutes. after that we walked for about 5 minutes and we met again with 1 kus – kus on another tree, for 5 minutes we observed and saw the movement of the Kus – kus. then we continued our journey to the tarsier sleeping tree by walking about 200 meters for 5 minutes, arriving at our sleeping tree we had to wait about 30 minutes until finally the Tarsier came out to look for food. after waiting for a few minutes the Tarsier came out, we made observations for 30 minutes. then we took a short break and then returned to the inn, we arrived at around 19.00
and today’s trip was over.
